I became a supporter on my laptop (MacBook Pro) but my iPhone doesn't recognize it. I tried logging off and back on (twice), and even deleted the app and reinstalled it, but nothing has worked. My phone is barely over a year old, and I have the latest iOS. Any suggestions?

It might be that the email address you’re using for Patreon isn’t the same as the website. Could you email me your details (info@cycle.travel) and I can take a look?

David – you’re showing as a supporter here (there’s a coffee cup by your name!). As Shane says, it might be a question of whether you’ve created two accounts with two different email addresses. If you think this is the case then drop me a line (info@cycle.travel) with the addresses and I can merge the accounts.
