Hi Richard

Great (fundamental) to be able to have a map on one’s smart device without having to use a data connection. However, having downloaded various map blocks it appears that they only render in cycle.travel map style and not the other map styles (Satellite, Ordnance Survey, etc).

Is that correct or have I got that wrong? If correct, do you have plans to enable ‘Offline Map’ to render in the other available map styles?

Unfortunately the terms of use of the other maps generally prohibit this - either they forbid bulk downloads, or they forbid storing the map tiles permanently on your phone, or both. I think the long-term solution is for me to make the cycle.travel maps good enough that they do the job in all circumstances!
