Hi I am a newbie to this site. I have created a route on the web and have installed the app on my iPhone IOS 16 .3.1 I have logged in and found my route but when I go to open the route the app crashes. I have uninstalled and re installed the app. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated . Thanks in advance.

Could you tell me the name of the route that makes it crash, please?
Hi thanks for replying. I have two routes Quatt and Claverly that I created by firstly logging in through CyclingUK and then using the route planner in this app. The two routes a re saved routes in cycle.travel. On my iPhone bottom right corner it says Open 'Quatt' and when I press it, it crashes.
Thanks! There should be a new version this week (just finishing off a few changes now) and that won’t crash with those routes.

It’s waiting for Apple to approve it at the moment.
It’s approved now so you should be able to download the latest version (or it may update automatically). Let me know if you have any more troubles with it!
