I’m sure this has been asked many times before, I did search forum subjects before posting so please forgive me.
How do I split a long route in to multiple GPX files for a predetermined distance of say 60 miles to allow loading of the file to be easier please?

In ‘Route summary’, on the left, you’ll see a link that says ‘Suggest overnight stops’. Click that and you can split it into multiple days. Click the + and - buttons to choose the number of days, and it’ll tell you how long each day will be.
Then when you save the route, you'll see an option to "Split into multiple days".
