Hi there,

I really enjoy using cycle.travel, and now that lockdowns are easing I am daydreaming about planning another route.

When I look at many areas in Europe, I see national and EU-wide bike routes highlighted. Some of them are labeled. For example, in north-eastern France I see "SLL" and "SLR" routes. I'd like to know more about these routes, probably from the official government sources. What's their full name, do they have a theme, can I can find commentaries on them...that sort of thing.

But I don't know what they're called. I've used Google search for things like "SLL bicycle route France" but I am not finding anything. Is there a lookup table or something that lists these routes?

Thank you

Generally, if you plan a route along them, it’ll show you in the turn-by-turn instructions – or you can click on any part of the route and see what appears in the popup bubble. So, for example, this route along the SLR route shows it as “Saarland-Radweg”.

But it isn’t doing that on the SLL route and I’m not sure why – I’ll look into it!

I’ve worked out why it’s not doing this for SLL – will be fixed in the next route update later this month.

Great, thank you!
