Hello
I have been using Cycle Travel for the past year and consider it a fabulous tool for planning routes. I have had no problem transferring the GPS files to my Garmin via Mapometer until now. My Garmin never recognised the files from Cycle travel so I had to transfer them first to Mapometer then upload them to my Garmin. However, all of a sudden neither Mapometer nor my Garmin now recognise the file type ever though I have tried to save under various file types on Cycle Travel. Has anyone else suddenly found this a problem?

Seems odd. Could you give me an example of a route where this is happening?
I am new to Cycle. travel but I seem unable to upload a GPS file from the app to my 2026 Bosh ebike system which supports navigation. Any ideas as to how I have upload a GPS file please?
Ricky,
You say "My Garmin never recognised files from Cycle travel.."
First, can we ask which Garmin model you are using? That may help narrow down the issue.
I hope I am not suggesting things you already know, but can you connect your Garmin to the Garmin Connect app?
For most newer Garmin devices, you send the "course" via the Connect app, so I was wondering why use Mapometer?
If you are able to use Garmin Connect, then Cycle.Travel can be authorised to "Send to Garmin Connect":
Michael,
Regarding your Bosch e-bike system, I guess you will be using the Bosch Flow app, and your question relates more to Bosch rather than Cycle.Travel.

Regarding the Cycle.Travel part, in my experience you would find it better to plan your route on the C.T website rather than the C.T app. Download the route on your phone, then refer to the Bosch instructions above.
