It’s working fine for me and I can’t see anything in the failure list – can you give a link to the journey where it’s not working for you?

Thanks for the prompt response Richard. It was suggested to me that I try to do it on my android phone and that works fine. My laptop is a Macbook Pro mid 2012 on High Seiera 10.13.6 and I've been unable to update the OS as my model is "vintage". That seems to be my problem. I'll use the phone for PDFs in future.

I expect something else will fail in Apple's attempts to get me to buy a new one. Incidentaly: the maps are not all of the same scale but I can live with that. Might be a printer issue.
