Some gravel sections, one of which follows an old railway line, looks less hilly than the on-road alternative it created, I removed some of the unnecessary gravel sections. It's messed up a section before Guadix, where it assumes you can cross a 4 lane motorway, but there is an underpass if you go eastwards for a bit

Hi Russel, I am now in Granada, looking for a way to go to Alicante. Is this itinerary doable with touring bikes or does it absolutely require a mountain bike?
