Linking my existing profile to supporter account

I've had a profile for some time - just signed up for Patreon as a Supporter - how does my Profile know about Patreon and allow, for example, .pdf downloads please.

Dates (year) on articles ...

Suggestion : add the year to the date of all content - articles, forum etc ... i.e.  state it as  7 March 2015  to make it crystal clear to the user

As a newbie to the site I was poking around (I like it by the way) and found a couple of interesting things ... it took a while before I realised they were last year!!!      Hence the suggestion - it's also an ongoing problem with the Internet - you can search for something and unless the date is clear with the year it could waaaaaay back in the past ... frustrating.
