iPhone app - map doesn't move when I move?

I must have pressed the wrong button at some point but I can't work out how to fix this.

When I start navigating, the green "me" dot moves along the blue route line, but the area covered by the map stays still and eventually the green dot moves off the edge of the frame, and I have to re-centre it manually. Presumably the re-centring should be happening automatically?

Cycle path in Athens

Hi Richard, hope all's well

I have to be in Athens for a while and brought a bike with me. Your routes have been very helpful in what can otherwise appear one of the least cycling friendly cities in Europe - so thank you.

One potential tweak noticed today - in the attached route (https://cycle.travel/map/journey/431845), there is a good 2-way cycle path running along the NE edge of the park, leading to an underpass to cross the terrifying dual carriageway running 7 o clock to 1 o clock. But the routing doesn't seem to notice this, and goes along the very unpleasant yellow road in a big L.

But on the whole, the routing is proving really good. There are pleasant routes, if you have someone / something to help you.

UK to Istanbul

Hi

Planning a trip from UK to Istanbul as a retirement present to myself, within the next couple of years. Two questions please:

a) I don't think the app includes Turkey, so it seems to take me to the closest spot in Bulgaria.

b)  the app can't plan for ferry crossings

In both cases, a fix would be great - however I imagine there is a balance between cost of fixing v demand for fixing.

More importantly, keep up the good work, which adds to my enjoyment of cycling every week!
