Elevation not showing correctly on route

Hi,

The elevation profile of route https://cycle.travel/map/journey/298666 is not showing correctly. The first 30km and last 30km or so show as 0 elevation, which is clearly not correct. Can you please have a look and see if this is a bug or if I have done something wrong?
