RFE: Some way to tell c.t to (temporarily) ignore my home location and GPS position

Request for enhancement: A way to tell the map in the c.t web interface to stop returning to "home" or current location every time I make a mistake and lose the location where I'm looking.

More details: My home location is Stockholm but I spend a lot of time in the winter months dreaming and scheming about places to ride in the summer. But the map view keeps moving back to home (or is it the current GPS location?) as soon as I look at any of the navigation features, like the "routes" list, the "shortlist" and then I have to zoom out and move the focus back to where I was. PITA.

Server or Cloudflare problem when commenting

When I try to add a comment to my question about splitting routes (yesterday) I get a "Bad gateway" Cloudflare error. They seem to be pointing at the cycle.travel server. Posting a new question works fine but writing a comment to it also fails the same way, error 502.

Editing the post obviously works, since this is an edit.

"Split into multiple days"

The "Split into multiple days" function in c.t has stopped working. When I try to save a journey and tick the box to have it split according to where I've set overnight stay points, it creates the expected number of segments with the expected lengths (as seen in the listing) but when I try to open them, only the first few segments actually have contents.

I have placed an example in my top ("no folder") folder. A route following the Göta Kanal from Mem to Sjötorp. The "G day 1" segment works but the others fail to even load properly.

Lag in the c.t app

When I use the c.t app as my main navigation tool, I've been very annoyed by the lag of the position marker while I'm moving. It's often as much as 10 seconds and this has led to me overshooting turns or intersections on numerous occasions. I have a decent phone (Samsung Galaxy A53) and there's no lag when I use Waze on it for navigation in my car.

Offline use of the c.t app

I have just finished a three-week tour using the c.t app as my primary navigation tool and I'm quite happy!

But one item worries me. At one point on the "Hohe Venn" there was no mobile signal and that rendered the c.t app useless!

I'd expected that the routes that I'd created on the c.t  web and which were visible in the app, would be stored locally in my phone and work without any internet connection. Was that expectation unfounded or is there something that I'd not done correctly to enable them?
