This is day 1 from Hebden bridge railway station to Lindon Guest house in Airton. The first part is over the moors (10 miles) rather than along the Canal to Nelson/Colne (14 miles).
Big hill at the start with cobbles. Mostly follows NCR 68. Over the moors on NCR 681.
