App - cycle lane directions

I used the app for the first time and it was very good. Had expected to need t buy a garmin or something but the app does all I need. Went from Hackney to Dartford and using the A1306 on the way back  - while the directions were good - and having them spoken is great- I wondered if you could give an option to mute the "cycle lane" directions. Once you've told us which way to go it's just confusing to get the left/right just t cross the road. And sometimes when there's traffic I may miss the real direction. And just get the left/right abut the cycle lanes. Particularly if it's a junction with multiple crossings. 
I was surprised it didn't recommend the greenway to get to Hackney - though it does when I just checked the app now ( recommended I go via Limehouse.)

Are the yellow dots Km markers?
