A cycle.traveller since 08 June 2020.

I love my bike. It’s electric. I don’t wear Lycra and I’m in no hurry whatsoever. When I’m cycling by myself with a route to follow from cycle travel, guided by bike gpx, I’m never happier. I never thought this was possible. To have the opportunity to enjoy the freedom of. solo cycling taking in the glorious countryside and history that’s on offer in the UK is simply irresistible. I suppose I’m mildly obsessive about it all. Most of the time I cycle to a destination on a circular route which can be a mouth watering tea shop stop or a country estate, the National Trust being a big draw for me. I also own a top of the range Thule cycle carrier with ramp that enables the task of carrying my e bike extremely painless.
