Creating a route

I want to create a route whilst I'm on tour in Europe. If I use CT on my Android phone, can I add a 3rd point (or a via point) on the route, or does it have to be only one destination?

Also how do I transfer the route onto my Garmin Edge Touring - it is too old for blue tooth!
