A circular route that closely follows the outer boundary of the London Borough of Lewisham.
The aim is to stick to the boundary of the borough as closely as possible, though there are some deviations to avoid busy roads.
Total length 42.9km.

A quiet circular route that closely follows the outer boundary of the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
This route starts and ends at the Cutty Sark in Greenwich town centre and is easily accessible via the overground train (Greenwich station), the Thames Clipper boats or the foot tunnel from the Isle of Dogs. The route runs clockwise along the Thames Path to Woolwich and Thamesmead before heading inland towards Falconwood and then on to Mottingham, Lee, Blackheath and Deptford before returning to the Cutty Sark.
