Edinburgh St Andrews

A surprisingly pleasant and well (bike) pathed route between St Andrews and Edinburgh. Plenty of stops around halfway in Fife. If done between 20-25 kmph, this route is similar in time to the slow bus that exists between the towns, but far more enjoyable. A more scenic route, which adds 4 (ish) kilometres, can be taken through Strathkinness from Ceres, or vice versa, along a beautiful forested river, to a steep climb, along Eurovelo 12.
