Ios App - Where did the compass go?

I am missing the ability to switch map orientation (i.e. north or direction of heading). There used to be a compass symbol on the map and tapping that switched orientation, but it seems to be gone - at least on my system. (Iphone SE 2016)
Can anyone give me some pointers how to switch map orientation?

App bug(?) feedback

Hi Richard; using your App on iPhone SE (1st gen 2016 - small screen):
The red 'Reroute' Button is unresponsive: (There might be an alignment issue between button shape and tappable Area?) Because when I try to hit that button, a pop up callout BEHIND that button shows up stating 'extend route to here?' So the screen responds to the Tap, but it does not assign it to the Reroute Button.

Also different topic: Wrt screen brightness: Everything works as expected (I am using 'Dim between turns'), i.e. screen goes dark and comes back w/ full brightness, when I am approaching a turn. However, when the screen is dark and I tab the screen to light the screen - from that point on the App seems 'confused': Brightness only goes to 'semi-bright' - even after next dimming and re-lighting.

Hope I could explain the 2 issues understandably... Otherwise great App!

Beta (Alpha?) Testers needed for Android App?

Hi Richard;

I am using the iOS App already a while, but for touring bike use, I am planning to install an old (rooted) Android Phone.

(So, when the bike falls over / the phone is stolen / ..., its not the end of the world)

Therefor, I am eager to see how it works :-)

-> If you need beta or alpha version test users, I would be glad to be one of them. (side loading etc. is not a problem)

Other than that - again a big thank you for this App / Web-Site. 

It is still doing the best balance between ease of use and quiet lane routing out there!

App feedback

Hi Richard; I like the App a lot!! It is not feature overloaded - but all I need is there. Thank you!

2 things I noticed though:

1) Sometimes the App freezes completely right at the start (tapping does not do anything; but the App still seems to do 'something' in the background, because I can see the map moving when the GPS provides more accurate data.) I can only kill it then, but starting it again also leads only to freezing immediately. Also un- and reinstall does not help. But if I wait some time (days), it suddenly works again. (Is there some server it communicates with and that is maybe sometimes down? Because this problem did happen quite often about 2-4 weeks ago, but recently, it does not freeze anymore. And I think it was always the same App Version 0.1(7) Also, it happened on 2 phones (SE 2016)

2) In the App, on the right upper area there are 2 icons: The Map icon (which works as it give me 3 options: Centered / Look ahead / Perspective). But the other icon (like a GPS Arrow) does onlyvanish whenI click it. It comes back when I move the map. But clicking it does again do nothing exept that the icon disappears

PS I use this forumfor feedback, as I can not use the feedback option within the App: On my tiny SE (2016) phones I can enter text in the feedback area, but I can not see a 'send' or 'ok' or any button...
