Touring recommendation please.

Having enjoyed the Tour de Yorkshire, Devon C2C and the Radnor ring ( hard), my wife and I are looking to do a 2-3 tour staying in nice pubs/B and B's possibly around Norfolk area. Don't mind hills, but not too many  as we also like to chat at times whilst cycling along. Ideally as little traffic as possible.  Anywhere nice and scenic.  Any suggestions gratefully received.
