Unnecessary diversions

Hello again! I found a couple times on the past few rides the algorithm takes me on a short (100-300m) diversion before finally joining up to the (larger) road i need to ride. (Between the 22-23km mark on the attached route) I understand the aim is to avoid major roads if possible, but maybe you can tweak it such that, if the route only skips, say, 300m or less of the main road (maybe even 500m), you could just route us onto the road directly. It's easy enough to deal with on the fly, but, as the distances are so short, I rarely notice them before I get to the decision point.

Remove/ignore ferry distance?

Heya! So I'm planning a ride around the Croatian coast/islands and it includes multiple ferries. While I appreciate that cycle.travel includes ferry options, I wonder if there would be a way to eliminate the distance totals in my ride/trip distance. It is nice to know roughly how long the ferries are, but in practice it's no help to my distance measurements when trying to calculate a day or add up my total kms for the trip. It is helpful that I can see the total 'ferry' distance on the left side under the road types list, but I still need to manually subtract that from my total to get my trip distance on a ride. Happy to stand corrected if others like it, but perhaps a toggle to switch off ferry distance additions would be nice?

National borders in cycle.travel

So I imagine this is something of an edge case, but I think it brings up a wider question regarding borders in cycle.travel. I'm planning a ride from Dubrovnik up the Čiro trail in Bosnia and back through a couple of the Croatian islands. Nothing necessarily memorable here, until it comes to the return border from Bosnia back to Croatia. Because the default cycle.travel map doesn't seem to include national borders I didn't notice it, but without the insertion of point 18, from Studenci, Bosnia to Ploče, Croatia cycle.travel tried to take me across a dirt path over a mountainous border between Bosnia and Croatia. I don't know how open map data works, but if there's any way for you to add some sort of intelligent check when crossing between two sovereign states about whether it is a legal crossing/official border crossing or the states in question have open borders, that'd be super helpful. I'm lucky I spotted it before I went to ride because otherwise I would have been trying to enter the EU (and Schengen) over a dirt track over a mountain range from Bosnia...

Double tap/tap and drag to zoom in/out on iOS app

Hey there! I submitted a feedback request within the app as well, but thought I'd add it here as well. At least on the iOS app, it's not possible to zoom in/out by double tapping/tapping + dragging up/down, and it would *really* be appreciated. At present the only way to do it is to let go of the handlebars and zoom in/out with two hands or, less dignified, use my nose to tap and drag. The latter works and keeps my safety intact, but my dignity, less so...
