A cycle.traveller since 23 September 2023.

"Kiwi bloke" who along with my partner Caro, both in our early 60's, love recreational cycling. Have done a bit of bike-packing in New Zealand from our home in Arrowtown, South Island as well as regular short and multi-day rides on most of the New Zealand trails.

Longest self supported trip was length of South Island back in 2020 (post lockdown rush to the head) which we loved and got us hooked. 2023 saw us on organised cycle tours in Japan and SE Asia over a 6 week period... and still love riding so 2024 we are over to UK for 8 weeks self supported cycling. Then home via organised cycle tours in Tanzania and Sri Lanka.
