Using ferry crossing - how to edit route

I've done a route in south wales and want to use the Llansteffan to Ferryside Ferry (having checked the tides!).  But i can't manage to persuade the system to not take me via Carmarthen ....  I could of course split the route into two journeys, before and after ferries but .... 

Elevation profiles issue

Have just run the profile on two routes that both show credible up metres but zero down when clearly not the case.  Indeed it took a few gos to get that!  tried to paste a screenshot for you, but won't accept.  Am hoping just a glitch ?

Sharing routes

I've planned routes for a cycling holiday I can't now go on .... broken leg!

I would like to share the routes with the friends I was going with and I was planning to suggest to them that they download the app and then given them the route names to find.

So I thought I'd try on my husband's phone just to make sure it works and have installed the app.  It says log in to load routes .. does that mean he needs to create a log in on a PC before he can use the app?

I have just started to use the app and think it looks really great.  But i am having a few issues with it.  I opened a route that i had planned on the website and for some reason it thinks i am already 7.3km along the route.  Can't seem to get it to go back to the start.  I was nowhere near the route at the time
