Naval, it looks like Japan & South Korea are not currently supported.
cycle.travel currently only does routing in Europe, North America and Australia/NZ.
The app (not the website!) does have maps for the whole world, but not routing there yet.
The green seems to show just the US, not Canada or Mexico - all part of North America. But I believe Canada is covered by CT.
