It is! I think you’d signed up with Apple’s “hide my email” option, and if you do that then cycle.travel can’t marry up your email address with your Patreon account. I’ve manually set it so it’s working now.

John – how have you signed up as a supporter? Was it via Patreon or one of the apps, and do you know which email address you signed up with?
