Hi.
We’ve been subscribers for some while now, most recent payment to Patreon being 1 April but no subscription showing against our profile after log in on app or website. Both say we’re not a subscriber and ask if we’d like to subscribe. How do we get around this issue please?

It might be that you use a different email address for Patreon than the one you use for cycle.travel – if that’s the case, the system won’t be able to marry the two up.
If so, you can tell cycle.travel which email address you use for Patreon. Go to your user profile page and use the link in the bottom left. Hopefully that should sort it out – let me know if not!
