A circular touring route suitable for a three- or four-day break, the Wiltshire Cycleway explores the perimeter of the county on rural roads, some quieter than others.
Salisbury makes a suitable starting point for this route that takes in Salisbury Plain, the Wessex Downs, and attractive towns like Marlborough, Malmesbury and Bradford-on-Avon.

The section south of Salisbury is incorrect, it goes via the racecourse. If anyone nows how to correct Open street map cycle then presumably this is where the mistake came from
