A tour of Dartmoor and the South Devon coast which you can combine with NCN 27 (the Devon Coast-to-Coast) to form a circular route.

Confusingly, this isn’t the Dartmoor Way cycle route, though they have several sections in common. The Dartmoor Way sticks more closely to the boundary of the Dartmoor National Park, whereas this heads out to the coast at Salcombe.

Devon County Council's admirable commitment to leisure cycling has seen several improvements to the route, most recently the new Wray Valley Trail between Moretonhampstead and Bovey Tracey. Most of the route is on quiet and predictably hilly lanes.
