A sister route to the Isère Valley route from Aix-les-Bains, V62 runs alongside Lake Annecy along a spectacularly good tarmac cycle track popular with road cyclists and families alike.

Like its companion route, this is a valley-floor route with dramatic mountains on either side. It’s not complete yet, and the roads you’ll need to follow to rejoin V63 by Chambéry are fairly busy. But if you’re in the area, this makes for a remarkable day ride.
