POI upload

Hello,

When I plan a multi-day tour from A to B, I always create a file with the gpx data of the possible campsites between A and B, these campsites are my POI. For planning the tour, it would be nice to be able to upload this gpx file as an alternative to an empty start page, in order to then plan the tour along the campsites (POI).

Remark: Winfried wrote a similar post on 25 AUG 2018.

Cheers

GPX Download

When downloading a file from cycle.travel, an occurring "-" (minus sign / ascii 45) in the file name is converted to "_" (underscore / ascii 95) and the string in the segment within the gpx file is a shortened version of the original file name.
Example:
Filename in cycle.travel = 2021-06-22-sommersdorf-gadsch_eck.
Filename after download = 2021_06_22_sommersdorf_gadsch_eck.gpx
Filename within the gpx file = 2021-06-22-somm

It would be nice if the filename in cycle.travel and the filename after download and the string in the segment in the downloaded gpx file were all the same ...

In the meantime I found out:

When I download a whole folder, all the files in that folder match my expectations, the file names are the same as before and even within the gpx file the names are as they should be.
You would make me happy if you can fix the problem when downloading a single file.

Cheers!
