Short route from station to centre of the Ile close to a few campsites.
Nantes to La Rochelle following Eurovelo 1 which is far from a direct route in places. A quarter is on traffic free roads and a fifth of it is unpaved. NOTE, I have only planned this route, I have not yet cycled it.
Following Euroroute 1 which follows a local route "CNB" for much of this section. Half is unpaved and a further third is described as traffic free. NOTE, I have only planned this route, I have not yet cycled it.
Mont St Michel to Roscoff following Eurovelo 4. At times the route also becomes the Tour De Manche route. NOTE Route planned out but I've not yet cycled it.
From Caen, follows River Orne along local cycle route V43 to Thury-Harcourt then heads south west along back roads to Vire where it joins Eurovelo route 4 to Le Mont St Michel
