Seasonal ways

Hi.

On a journey I planned on the website, the suggested route includes a seasonal way which is only present in winter. Here is a minimal journey and the problematic OSM way: https://cycle.travel/map/journey/603737, https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/453846865. The way is tagged with the seasonal restriction, but it does not seem to be considered by cycle.travel.

I would expect that such seasonal ways are only included during that season or not at all.
