Turn by turn voice changes languages and gender

Riding in different quadrants in Calgary Canada, it appears when I move into the north east quadrant, CT believes that northeast(NE) is actually the equivalent French word ’ne’ and changes narration to a female voice, and in French,

Not sure this is a bug or if anyone else has experienced it and in the end, it is very minor, but wanted to bring it to your attention
