E bike chargers again

Hello, another question about chargers. I asked last year whether the charging symbols were e-bike chargers and I understand that they are. Kind of a two part question 1/. Are they always public chargers or maybe a restaurant which will allow you to plug a battery in? I’ve looked at loads on google maps and can’t actually see a charger of any sort but I appreciate I might be wrong. Also 2/ if they are public chargers do you need a special cable or adapter in Switzerland or can you just use your own bosch charger with a Swiss plug adapter if that makes sense. We tried to use the one in Goschenen near Andermatt last year but couldn’t work it out.
