22 Miles Ok for the most part on 35 mm tyres on a touring bike.

You will have to have done bumpy disused railway tracks at some time on a non suspension bike preferably.

A bit bumpy on all of the course apart from the road from Burrator to Nattor road.

Scenery unsurpassed anywhere in south England.

Easy to navigate as all well worn tracks and cycle ways.

Done clockwise only hard part is uphill from Nattor from the scout hut up to Eylesbarrow mine alone a wide stony track.

Clockwise not so hard along disused railway from Burrator to Kings tor, uphill but not steep, though you might have to get off now and again for a rest.

A it hard for a beginner but worth the effort.

(Nothing to see above Hollow Tor, just a fault with the map thingy)

Notes-

Left of hollow tor you will see old mine working and buildings.

Kings tor you will see some unfinished stone carvings destined for London bridge.

Eylesbarrow tin mine more mine working buildings.

South Hessary tor fing one of four iron cobras marking hunting land for henry 8th I think.

Much more to see, excellent views.
