Can you send to Garmin Connect from the C.T app or just from the website?

Just bought my first bike computer (Garmin 1050) today and setting it up. I've got C.T connected to Garmin Connect and have been able to send a route from the website to Garmin Connect but couldn't see an option from within the iOS app.

Also, is there a way to view the map key within the app or just on the website version?
