Printing turn-by-turn directions

Hello

I'm playing with the map to work out the best way to use it - I'm trying out exporting gpx and I love the pdf maps. One thing I can't work out how to do is print the turn-by-turn directions. If I use the normal browser print facility I only get the first few directions and I can't find another print link. Is there another way?
