Catford to Waterloo

This route avoids as much traffic and pollution as is practical and humanly possible the only main road I sacrifice is the New Cross Road for about 200m. In Catford there is a pedestrian and cycle bridge that you need to build up speed and change to low gear with the right timing in order to reach the top of the the first (east) side of the bridge, without dismounting, this is where cycle.travel registers the ride as 'walking'.
