I cycled for over 4000km in France and Italy and it was a blast ! Traveling solo is a great opportunity to meet new people (people will come talk to you and ask about the bike!). I also liked the quieter parts when I was by myself in nature ; I did a lot of wild camping.
In 2022 I hopped on my bike on a whim and travelled for over a week in Brittany, my home region. It was my first contact with bike touring and I loved it ! I visited friends in La Trinité sur Mer then headed to Saint-Brieuc where a bike travel festival was happening over the weekend. I ended the trip in Saint-Malo !
