Route to pedal from my house in Tucson to my son's house in Denver. 1000+ miles, plan for 22-ish days
Initial dream trip out of Flagstaff, Arizona into the Navajo Nation to experience a smorgasbord of History, Geography, Geology, and stunning topography. Beginning your trip pedaling on Historic Route 66, with waypoints at the Grand Canyon, Cameron (for *best* Navajo Tacos! Twice!), Jacob’s Landing (push off for Colorado River rafting trips through the Grand Canyon, and significant region for the reintroduction of the California Condor), Eons of color in the Vermillion Cliffs and traversing into Utah and Zion National Park, below the Grand Staircase to Page, Arizona (Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend), a return through Tuba City for more Navajo culture, wrapping up with stops at Wupatki and Sunset Crater National Parks
