Map stops moving, need to restart the app

Hi, 
I installed the app recently. Looks promising, but I get this bug very frequently where the map gets stuck and I have to restart the app resolve the problem. It happens seemingly randomly as I move around. I'm not doing anything other than scrolling and rotating the map. The app is not completely stuck though; I can see the scale and compass still move.

I'm using an IPhone XR with IOS v18.7.9 (22H355).
