Alternative Routes?

Love the app, so far!  Wondering if there's a way to see/display elevation data when considering a route vs. alternatives.  For example, I might want to explore a route that's 10km shorter, but if it involves an additional 500m of climbing, that's a consideration.  I'd love to see this on both the web and Android versions, Thank you!
