Diacritics bug in PDF export

Hi, I just tried PDF cue-sheet export, which looks great, but it does not export Czech (and probably other) local diacritics correctly, which I believe is quite important when navigating abroad where comprehending local names isn't the easiest. The PDF properties says the text is encoded in Windows-ANSI, which of course does not contain all local accents. In Czech that is č,ř,ě (+ others, which aren't that common). I do understand that using Unicode in PDFs is more complicated to implement than the current solution, but it may be worth it)
