What tag is causing this right turn?

Hi

This cycleway:

is connected to a one way primary road:
https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/331545472
and a one way cycleway:
https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/851014439

Yet a few routers, including C.T is directing it to do a right turn.

Can anybody see what needs fixing?
