Poole to Plymouth ferry terminal via Sandbanks chain ferry.. Rather hilly.
Roscoff - Saint-Malo via small coast roads as far as poss. A few stretches of unpaved trail. Includes ride down the Rance to Dinan and onward to Saint-Malo via east bank. Option would be to follow back to Dinard then take the ferry.
Route avoids Pont de Normandie, goes inland and takes ferry across Seine.
