Combining routes possible?

Is it possible to combine multiple routes to one route? 

I would like to combine part of the Lon las Cymru with (part of) the Lon Cambria and (part of) the Mercian Way. 

I know how to transfer the separate routes to my phone, but I would like to have an overview of the total route in Cycle Travel.
