Uploaded GPXs don’t match original route

Hello, in several GPX files I’ve uploaded lately (sourced from Ride with GPS uploaded to CT web) I noticed that the route on CT has some completely different segments. And when I upload there are two routes, a dark blue highlighted one (which becomes the wrong segment on CT) and a thin light blue line (which corresponds to the original route). What am I doing wrong?
