Android bug?, Offline map downloads out of date map

Hi, I was playing around with the Android app today and used the "Find > Toilets" option but was told to download the offline maps first.

So I downloaded the offline maps and then the search worked but it showed temporary covid toilets that were removed years ago. So I went on to OSM to update it but they aren't there. Then I checked on the cycle.travel website and they aren't shown on that either.

So then I deleted the app data and looked at the area, and the toilets aren't showing. But after downloading the offline maps again the old toilets reappear.
