Send to Garmin Connect fault

I'm experiencing a problem on the website version (both on desktop and my phone) with the 'Send to Garmin Connect' command.

When I try with this route, I get a status message 'Sending to Garmin Connect...' but the route doesn't appear on my device (Garmin Edge 530)

When I then try with the next route, I get the status message 'Succesfully sent to your Garmin Connect' and the route does indeed land on my device. It shows the correct name and distance, however when I select 'Map' the route shown on my Edge is for the above route which I tried to send first.

Thanks, Scott.

Unexpected routing with new 'Routes' option

Hi, playing with the new 'Routes' option and I'm getting an odd result.

Planning a journey from 'Pollok Country Park' to 'Lochwinnoch' gives a route of just under 16 miles. The result is similar whether the default 'Any' or the new 'Routes' option is chosen (the map appears to suggest that these locations sit NCN7/NCN75 as well as EV1):

Changing the start-point slightly, to 'Crossmyloof' for the 'Any' option results in an additional mile or so on road before hooking up with the same route as before. However, the 'Routes' option delivers a 235 mile circuitous route following the cycle network around the country:

Export as GPX (Android), Garmin Connect app error

Hi, using the Android app, I select 'Save / Export as GPX Track' and the file is saved in my downloads.  When I then try to open this from Files/Open with Garmin Conect, although the Garmin app launches and moves to the 'Create Route' screen, it then fails saying simply 'an error has occurred'.

The equivalent process works fine using the web version for mobile and I can also successfully use the 'Send to Garmin Connect' option.  I'm running Android 10.

Thanks.
