A great hour long blast around Derbyshire Wildlife Trusts Woodside reserve and Shipley Country Park. The route as drawn follows the bridleways and trails but you can go off road in several places. Head up onto Horsepool Hill or traverse the back of Mapperley Reservoir for some singletrack fun. Do be mindful of dog walkers and horse riders though. We've all an equal right to be there!!
A great ride of around 40 mile that takes in some scenic roads. The route climbs steadily for the first few miles but there is only one significant climb, coming out of Breadsall village. Other than this it's mostly rolling and can be done easily in under two hours.
